Get to know Jaine better
Want to discover more about our elegant wines? Join the Jaine mailing list to learn about our sustainably grown grapes and the wines they become.
The Jaine Wine Club is for those who love a refreshing glass of white or rose wine any day of the week. Prepared four times a year, it gives you an assortment of Jaine wines along with a whole host of additional benefits. Each allocation is curated by the winemaking team and exceptionally food friendly. We leave it up to you whether you would like your wines ready for pick up or shipped. We hope you will join us.
There is no cost to join the Wine Club.
We will keep your credit card secured on file and will automatically charge your card for the wines and applicable taxes approximately 3 weeks prior to the release date. You will be notified via email the week prior to your card being charged for each release.
Allocations are prepared four times a year; twice in the spring and twice in the fall. You will receive an email when your allocation is ready for pick up or shipping.
You are welcome to come and redeem your wine tasting anytime during our regular tasting room hours. A person on the account must be present to redeem the tastings. Reservations are strongly encouraged to make sure we can accommodate you.
For those having their wine shipped, shipments will go out twice in the spring and twice in the fall for optimal weather. There is a $10 flat-rate on ground shipping of at least 3 bottles for CA, CO, ID, MT, OR & WA. For states outside of the $10 flat rate shipping, please inquire about your shipping cost.
You can make changes by calling the Winery at 425-487-9810, emailing our Wine Club Manager Stasha at stasha@matthewswinery.com, texting or calling Stasha directly at 425-442-3310 or by logging into your account online. Membership cancellations must be received in writing via email.
We will let you know in advance when your credit card will be charged, what to expect in your shipment, and when to expect it. Automatic billing creates a seamless ordering process (all billing information is kept in our secure ordering system).

All wine shipments are scheduled for Ground shipping, unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to temperature conditions until conditions change for favorable shipping. All members must take full responsibility for the condition of the wines as received if you choose not to follow the shipping guidelines as recommended by Matthews in regards to temperature conditions. Matthews will not ship to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returned and reshipped wine. All reshipped packages will have standard shipping charges applied. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be the members responsibility. All wine orders must be placed and received by adults 21 years or age or older. We do not ship to states where prohibited by law.
Wine Club allocations are guaranteed to be available for pick up in the Tasting Room for 60 days past the wine’s release date. After 60 days, if the wine is no longer available, you will have winery credit in the amount charged for your Wine Club allocation to use in selecting replacement bottles from any of the currently available wines. If you don’t think you can make it into the Tasting Room during the 60 day window, then remember that shipping of 3 bottles or more is always free for Wine Club members with an in-network shipping address. This policy applies to “pick up” allocations only. Wine Club members who choose to have their allocations shipped are always guaranteed to receive their allocation.
